Company Background

Trademark Center opens its doors in 1995 and was one of the first to provide trademark services online. We began as a trademark search company and then started providing trademark filing services shortly thereafter.

Since 1995, we have conducted over 20,000 trademark searches, prosecuted over 4,000 trademark applications, and represented clients from all around the world.

Trademark Center Advantage

Comprehensive reports which utilize cutting edge technology and proprietary databases. Each report looks for similar sounds, appearance and meaning and includes all possible phonetic variations including foreign translations. Since trademark law is based on likelihood of confusion, exact searches or searches conducted using only a few variations are not useful.

Full time experienced researchers. All of our searches are conducted by experienced researchers directed by trademark attorneys to ensure correct search strategies are used resulting in comprehensive results.

Free attorney review of the trademark report results, by our experienced in-house trademark attorneys. Our attorneys are experts in the trademark field.

Over 20 years of research experience with a proven track record. Started in 1995, Trademark Center has conducted over 20,000 research reports. We are the experts when it comes to trademarks.
